Q: Can I customize my order?

A: Yes! We love to make a vision come to life. If you have any custom requests, please contact our customer service team.

 

Q: Can I put my Willow furniture outside?

A: Absolutely! Many of our customers place their furniture in gardens or on porches. For best longevity, we recommend treating your furniture yearly with linseed oil and keeping it covered during harsh weather conditions.

 

Q: Do these chairs have a weight limit?

A: We have not had a single chair break due to weight. Although they are very strong, we don’t recommend surpassing 350lbs.

 

Q: Why can the building process take so long?

A: For each order we must determine what size and how many willow sprouts will be needed for each piece. Once we have an idea on what materials we need to harvest, we go find a healthy willow patch. They are often found near creek beds or other waterways and can be difficult to access. If the weather isn’t favorable, or if it’s too muddy, we may have to wait until it dries up a bit or try to find another patch. After we’ve gathered plenty of willow, we go back to the shop to prep the willow and begin building. As of lately, our typical timeline for delivery is about 1-2 weeks from the date of the order being placed.
